Refund policy

To start the return process, please email returns@withmonthlies.com with your order number. Once we have received your request, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions. You will then have 14 days to send the product back.
Please note:
- Returned items must be unopened, undamaged, and with the seal intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used supplement powder cannot be returned.
- We recommend securely packaging your return and clearly marking the outer packaging with your order number and name, so we can quickly and accurately match it to your order.
- Please arrange the return through a courier of your choice. Kindly note that you are responsible for the return costs from your home to our returns address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund for the product amount to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions

- Products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorised sellers are not eligible.
- Requests that do not meet the above eligibility criteria will not qualify for a refund.
- Special promotions and trial offers are excluded from the money-back guarantee.
