Does monthlies ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping throughout Germany and United Kingdom. We intend to start shipping across Europe in the future, so please follow us on social media at hi@withmonthlies.com to stay in touch.
When can you expect to receive your order?
We strive to deliver our orders within 5-7 Business days.
However, the shipping timeframes are a guide only and we offer no guarantees or refunds on postage should the postage carrier delay the shipment, and we cannot be held responsible for their delays. If a parcel does go missing and you are unable to locate your parcel, we ask you to contact customer service on hi@withmonthlies.com.
Please note, during peak sales or promotional periods, they may be delays in warehouse processing times. We apologise for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. While we make an effort to ensure a timely delivery, it's important to recognise that unexpected events like strikes or floods may lead to delivery delays. Dispatch delays might also arise due to the need for payment or address verification or correction prior to dispatch.
We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

What should you do if your package says delivered, but you have not received it?
If you haven't received your package, and you believe you should have (your tracking information says your package has been delivered, or it's past the expected delivery date) email us at hi@withmonthlies.com. We'll do our best to locate your package, update you with the status, and help you through the next steps.
